We can do this for you if you submit a trouble ticket. We will need to know:
- Your domain name
- The type of record you wish to add (A, MX, etc)
- The values for the new record
Note that changes can take up to 72 hours to propagate around the world and during this time, the changes may not show up.
If you are on a hosting plan with at least the EZOS500 package, you may request access to our DNS manager for your domain(s) (free of charge) by contacting our support department.
