News: Welcome to our new client area
We are excited to announce the launch of our new Client Area!
We have made the decision to switch software providers after the company that acquired WHMCS, our previous provider, decided to no longer support customers with lifetime licenses. We conducted thorough research and are pleased to have found a reliable alternative.
Additionally, our previous domain registration partners were purchased by IBM and then sold to Tucows, who did not honor the agreements we had with IBM and doubled the price for domain registrations. In order to avoid passing on such significant price increases to our customers, we have sought out new partners in this area as well.
Most of the domains are already with our new partners, but it still takes a little while until the domain registration status is displayed correctly, because we have to make changes by hand for each domain after the move and this is in addition to our daily business. We ask for a little patience. Price-wise it will pay off very much for you.
Data Migration and Passwords
We have successfully transferred all customer data to our new software except for passwords. We think this is a good opportunity to reset the passwords. This will ensure that all account information is up to date and secure on our new platform. Before you login to the new client area, please reset your password. If you run into any problems, please send an email to support and we will look into it for you.
