Can I change the owner/administrator of an account?

Yes, this is no problem.

If your entire account with us changes the owner:
  1. Login to our Client Area.
  2. Click on Update Your Details and fill in the contact details of the new owner.
If one of your products (a hosting account, a domain name, etc) changes the owner, but you wish to keep your client area login:
  1. Please ask the new owner to register a client area account.
  2. Submit a trouble ticket from your account and ask to transfer the account to the new owner. Please mention the email address and Full Name of the new owner so we can find him in our backend and perform the required changes on our end.
